The tale of how this blog came to be!

When I thought about the title for my blog a few ideas came to mine, but none of them really appealed to me. That includes the title "Techno Aphrodite", luckily I had a friend intervene saying that it didn't make any sense. After a minute I realized that they were right: I wanted my blog to be Carrie Bradshaw meets Nicole Roberge not something that people clicked on because it sounded like a weird pop band.  So when my friend suggested that I call my blog "Picking the right parking spot." I was hesitant. My blog is about my opinions on relationships, not about parking, but as I thought about the more perfect it sounded. When you think about it, love is like finding a parking place, it takes a really long time to find the right one. It might not be the closest or the easiest to get to, but its perfect nonetheless. When we think about love we think about butterflies in the pit of our stomachs, and love at first sight, but it's almost never like that.

It's about the adventures and mishaps along the way. Of course on that adventure consist of several bumps that some people have shades of gray about. That's where I come in, well me and Cosmo. I've started this blog not just because it's for my Media Writing class(Although it gave me good incentive.)
but because I have always had loud solid opinions that for some reason people actually pay attention to. This blog is my chance to actually say what I feel and what my opinions, which believe me I plenty. Now if you'll excuse me I have an issue of Cosmo that i've been waiting to read.
